The tungsten carbide nozzle designed for 1500-2000μm solder balls has an extremely thin wall thickness of 0.5mm (depth-to-diameter ratio of 1.43), breaking through the bottleneck of deformation and cracking of large-aperture nozzles, and achieving zero-spatter precision spraying under high heat load in high-current welding scenarios such as electric vehicles and industrial power supplies.
