This forming shaft combines the near-diamond hardness and exceptional wear resistance of tungsten carbide with the toughness and strength of a cobalt (or nickel) binder phase. Engineered for outstanding performance in harsh operating conditions, it serves as the ultimate solution for replacing traditional shafts made of high-speed steel, tool steel, or hardened steel.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Offers good resistance to most acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, suitable for humid environments or those with chemical corrosives.
Superior Surface Finish: Can achieve a mirror-like surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.02 μm) through precision grinding and polishing. Reduces friction and prevents material adhesion, especially suitable for processing surface-sensitive materials like films, foils, and high-end textiles.
